Activation

Activation takes place over the weekend of 27th June and 28th June 2026 at:

Please fill in the form below to book and pay for a place at Activation.
We recommend that you discuss with the child what Activities they would prefer to do and ask that the form is completed by their parent/carer, not their Leader.

Any queries should be emailed to the Activation Team before making a booking

Note: Our Media Team will be on-site all weekend taking pictures which will then be on Social Media and may be used for advertising

Booking process change

Please be aware that we are trialling a new booking process this year
There is now no need to specify your childs activitiy selections or medical details at this time. The confirmation email will contain a unique link, allowing you to provide all the required information, including your childs activity preferences, at a later date (this is to take the pressure off needing to do it at the time of booking)
Whilst the time you do this secondary part of booking is not important, it MUST be done prior to the event

Payment

  • Please ensure you click the Payment button once only. Clicking multiple times is highly likely to result in an error
  • We use SquareUp logo as our online payment provider
  • You will be able to pay via Credit Card, Apple Pay (if applicable) or Google Pay
  • You will be redirected to a Square Up hosted payment page, which will then ask you to select your payment method, and enter your payment details
  • Once payment is complete, you will be redirected back to this site in order to complete the booking
    Do not close your browser until you have been redirected back and received confirmation of your payment
